Your therapist will use a combination of deep tissue techniques, stretching, cupping, and trigger point therapy along with their knowledge of the human body to address sore, tight, and painful areas. Balance.
Address both the mind and the body through hands on massage and energy work. Pain in the physical body can be caused by injury and overuse as well as emotions and past traumas stored in the muscles. Your therapist will use Polarity Therapy and clear quartz crystals to clear and balance your energetic system, and customize massage techniques that are appropriate for the session.

Relax.
Deep relaxation is the goal of this traditional Swedish massage. Relaxing the mind and the muscles, this massage will leave you feeling both relaxed and energized. Ask your therapist for light, moderate, or firm pressure.

Prenatal.
A relaxing yet therapeutic session with your changing body in mind. In this session we will work specifically to create length and space in the torso, ease tension through the mid-back and hips, and address tired achy feet. Our pregnancy bolster allows for you to lie safely and comfortably on your stomach!

Cupping.
Cupping therapy involves creating a suction force to pull fluid into the treated area. The body then treats the area as an injury and sends more blood to heal. Cupping helps to reduce pain and break up stagnation in the body.
